Honest answers

Here we answer the questions this industry usually avoids: what it costs, what the downsides are, how it compares, and who we're not for. Because trust starts with honest answers.

If you want the numbers right now
  • A turnkey outdoor kitchen: under 12, 12–20 or over 20M ₸ depending on the length of the run. Most projects land in the middle band.
  • A terrace: the DeckKing frame at 110,000 ₸/m² with installation already included; the Elite bundle complete (frame + boards + care program) at 193,500 ₸/m².
  • Lead times: a kitchen in 90 days (express 60, and in particular cases 30, at a substantial premium for the speed); timber in 8–10 weeks. We normally build two kitchens a month and are working to raise that.
  • Guarantees: steel 3 years, timber up to 6 years, installation 2 years unconditional, 30 days to clear any snag — and 14 days to give the kitchen back for a full refund.
1 · What it costs

The prices are published

This industry hides its numbers behind an enquiry form. We publish both the prices and what makes them up, so you can do the maths before the conversation rather than after it.

What an outdoor kitchen costs — and what drives the price

The price drivers, honestly. No "leave your number."

What a terrace costs — honest per-m² numbers

Published prices. What's included, what moves the total.

2 · How it compares

Where the winner isn't us

In every comparison we give the alternative its real strengths first, and only then talk about ours. If you choose someone else afterwards, then someone else is who you needed.

A brick kitchen or a steel one

A monolithic volume, thermal mass and a lower floor price — against factory precision, seismic behavior and a written guarantee.

DeckKing or a welder on site

It is decided by the coating, not the steel. And by who you call in year four.

Karagach, ash, composite or imported thermowood

Four materials for a terrace — with every alternative given its real strengths.

All nine comparisons

Thermowood against larch and against WPC, karagach against ash, a steel frame against timber joists — including the ones we lose.

3 · What can go wrong

The downsides we raise first

Timber fades. Steel scratches. We're neither the fastest nor the cheapest. All of it is better heard from us on this page than from a neighbor a year in.

Honestly about the downsides

Fading, micro-cracks, timelines — no varnish.

Who we're NOT for

We're not for everyone — and we say it first.

Reviews and proof

Three real reviews — and why there are three, not two hundred.
