Three promises hold up everything else: we buy the kitchen back at 100%, the wood won't warp or split, the frame won't sag or break. None of them lives on a website — each one lives as a numbered clause in your contract.
Confidence doesn't come cheap. Ours was earned — 25+ outdoor kitchens delivered, our own production floor, a team that knows every joint, and a product we're not embarrassed to revisit six years later. We can give guarantees this strong because we know exactly what we're standing behind.
A kitchen is the biggest thing in the yard, and the decision is made from a render, before a single weld exists. So a kitchen gets two layers of protection: first you don't sign the act until the kitchen matches the render, then you get 14 days to change your mind entirely.
The act isn't signed until the kitchen matches the approved design. The tolerance is narrow and engineering-grade; any deviation is valid only with your prior written consent. Discrepancies are corrected at our cost within 30 days.
Contract cl. 2.3. Acceptance runs through a walkthrough and a punch list (cl. 3.4–3.6).
Cook on it, host on it, live with it. If within 14 days you decide it's not for you — for any reason, no justification required — we remove the kitchen ourselves and buy it back at 100% of the contract price.
Contract cl. 2.4. The right is personal and one-time, non-transferable, and doesn't survive the sale of the property. It applies to the kitchen only. The kitchen must be intact beyond normal use: damage from misuse is deducted at documented repair cost — but it never voids the guarantee. Restoring openings and utility runs isn't part of the removal.
on fabrication — plus one service visit in each of the first three years. We come to you; you never have to ask.
on all 304 stainless steel in your kitchen.
The Buy-Back doesn't replace these warranties — it sits beside them. After the 14 days, everything else still stands.
Every promise below rests on a decision taken before the job ever left us. Here they are, on our own projects.

Below are the four separate promises that term is built from, and everything they exclude.
Until now nothing anywhere said in writing that the board would not rot. «20+ years» appeared in every quotation and on this site — as a promise, not as an obligation. Now it is an obligation. No thermowood producer in Kazakhstan or Belarus publishes a document like this.
A thermally modified board won't rot through biological decay in above-ground use. This is the clause no thermowood producer in Kazakhstan or Belarus has put in writing: «20+ years» appeared in every quotation as a promise, never as a term.
No program required. On every board we make.
The board's geometry: change beyond 2% and structural defects. A split counts when it is wider than 2 mm, goes through the board, or is an end-split longer than 150 mm.
The term is set by the care program and can't be added retrospectively.
We don't promise that UV stops affecting timber — it affects all of it. We promise the surface won't look gray while the program runs. If the color isn't right, tell us and we come and re-oil it. Extra visit, no charge.
This one IS the program: we come out and re-oil.
Our installers' work: fixings, gaps, abutments, the geometry of the deck.
No program required. On every installation by our own crew.
For decking, the No Rot guarantee applies on a DeckKing frame or an equivalent ventilated substructure. A horizontal board dries less readily than a vertical one, and Almaty has around 53 snow days a year: snow lying on a deck through a thaw is a prolonged wetting event. Ventilation underneath is what cancels it.
Every serious thermowood warranty in the world works this way and we aren't going to pretend otherwise. A board that has served eight years isn't a new board.
| Covered | 10-year terms | 5-year terms |
|---|---|---|
| 100% | years 1–3 | years 1–2 |
| 50% | years 4–7 | years 3 |
| 25% | years 8–10 | years 4–5 |
We name them here rather than in eight-point type at the bottom. A guarantee with the inconvenient exclusions deleted isn't a more generous guarantee, it is a less honest one.
UV acts on all timber. Until a care program is in place, color isn't a warranty matter.
A property of living wood, and more frequent in thermally modified timber than in untreated. The guarantee counts a split at 2 mm, through the board, or a 150 mm end-split.
These live on dust and dirt rather than on the wood itself, and appear on any material. They wash off.
Above-ground use. A board in soil or in permanent water is outside the warranty, with us and with everyone.
Termites aren't covered. Wood-boring beetles are.
The frame is the one part of a terrace you can't redo later. So it carries the longest guarantee we give — and the only one that depends on nothing.
It applies regardless of which decking you choose and regardless of whether a Flawless Finish program is enrolled. This is a guarantee on steel, not on maintenance.
The guarantee requires a frame inspection every two years: years 2, 4 and 6 — three checks. With Flawless Finish we inspect and re-level the frame at every oiling visit — eight times across six years.
Unhappy with the installation result — we fix it free.
A guarantee without edges is advertising. Here is where ours end.
Under the WoodPower and DeckKing guarantee documents, liability is limited to repair or replacement. There is no refund here. Replacement labor is included only where our own crew did the original installation.
It is the only guarantee we give that returns money. It doesn't extend to WoodPower, DeckKing, Slab.kz or the care programs.
They don't survive the sale of the property — they're written to you.
The No Warp, No Split term is set by the program at the start. You can't enroll a year in to extend the guarantee.
A guarantee isn't a page on a website. It's a clause in your contract. Every promise above lives in the contract text with a clause number — ask to see it before you sign. If there's no clause, there's no guarantee, whoever says otherwise.
Write to us — we'll answer straight, with the contract clause.
