Honestly about the downsides

Thermowood fades in the sun. It doesn't rot — it fades: silvers, loses depth of color. Oil brings the color back; that's exactly why care programs exist. It's cosmetics, not rescue.
Micro-cracks happen. Natural surface micro-cracks are a property of living wood. The guarantee covers geometry (over 2%) and structure — not micro-cosmetics.
We're not the fastest, and we charge properly for speed. A kitchen takes 90 days as standard. Wood takes 8–10 weeks. Express exists (60 days and 4 weeks), but it's honest: when the schedule allows, and at a premium on wood.
We're not the cheapest — and we don't give discounts. Cheaper than us exists; longer-lasting than us, with our guarantees — takes some searching. Instead of discounts we add value: programs, guarantees, gifts.
The backlog is real. Normally two kitchens a month, a figure we're raising; karagach capacity is counted at the factory, not in the sales department. Sometimes we ask you to wait — because we don't stretch capacity at the cost of quality.

Every point above is the flip side of a promise: a production that doesn't chase volume; wood that lives 20+ years; guarantees we're willing to put in a contract. If there were no downsides, there would be none of that either.
