One address for the whole route: we draw the render, we make the drawing, we cut and fold the steel, the timber goes through our own chamber, and our own people install your kitchen. There isn't a single middleman in that chain — and you can come and see it for yourself.

We don't buy finished board — we start from the log. That's why we answer for every meter, not for a supplier's invoice.
At these temperatures the wood's natural sugars cook out, leaving rot and wood-boring beetles nothing to feed on. Surface mould is a different matter: it lives on dust and dirt on the surface and appears on any timber, ours included.

The board absorbs almost no water, so it holds its geometry where ordinary timber cups and twists. That doesn't abolish cracks: surface micro-checking happens in any wood, and in thermally modified timber there tends to be more of it — which is exactly why the guarantee doesn't cover it, and says so. The color runs through the full thickness: sanding and oil return it to day one.

Stable from −40 to +40 °C — proven by Kazakhstan's climate. A 20+ year lifespan — renewable.
Press-vacuum thermal modification is a patented process; the patent holder is WoodPower, Almaty. The patent covers the process — how we make wood behave this way. That's the difference between a source and a reseller.
An international engineering team — Americans, Germans, Britons, Kazakhstanis. We manufacture to the architect's drawing instead of bending the project to a catalog.
Specializts are welcome: bring your architect or designer for a factory tour. No obligations.

We have a patented process and a production floor you can visit. What we don't have is an independent laboratory's signature under the numbers. The imported thermowood brands do, and it is the one thing they are objectively ahead on. We say so out loud, because that's more honest than staying quiet.
So every thermal-modification figure on this site is a range from the open literature rather than a result of our own testing, and we label it that way everywhere it appears. We aren't going to invent a number of our own. What we offer instead is the thing a certificate can't: a factory an hour's drive away, a guarantee we service ourselves, and material you can walk on.
What you can verify today. Come to the production floor and watch the thermal chamber running: 180–215 °C, the full cycle from log to board. Walk a terrace that's four years old — four Kazakh winters underfoot. And read exactly what we count as the downsides: the figures we don't have, we don't invent.
In our showroom sits a terrace that's 4 years old. Come walk it barefoot — before any decision.
