A GrillKing kitchen is a steel body and a set of cooking units inside it. You choose the units, to suit how your family actually cooks. Below is everything we make, with specifications and spec sheets. All of it is built here in Almaty.
GrillKing's own mangal: a stainless hearth with ventilation, thermo-karagach panels, a built-in woodstore and a skewer rail. Builds into a kitchen, a pergola or the King's Table.
The bonfire grill in three sizes: 35 cm for a group of 4–6, 50 cm for 8–10, 67 cm for a big gathering of 14 and up. Wood or charcoal.
Fire, grill and kazan in one hearth. 102 cm tall, 113 cm across; a 24 × 98 cm cooking ring with three heat zones and 5,580 cm² of surface. 4 mm cooking surface, 1.2 mm walls, 3 mm base.

The powder coat is laid by a brake-disc specializt — built for heat, wear and corrosion.

Up to 400 °C and a calculated airflow: a personal pizza in under 90 seconds. The temperature sensor sits inside the baking stone, so you read the stone's readiness rather than the air above it. Dampers on both sides give control over heat and smoke. Beyond pizza — bread, pastry, samsa, steaks with a proper crust.
A 15-litre kazan for plov and meat, with a built-in temperature sensor. We build it for wood and for gas — which you want depends on whether you're cooking for the ritual or for a Thursday evening.
Our own Texas brisket smoker that's simultaneously an oven-kazan. Nobody else has this block: one installation covers both low-and-slow smoking and plov.
We build the ventilation ourselves, for the specific kitchen. An electric fan and a calculated duct system take smoke and odours out of the cooking zone; grease filters in 304 stainless catch the grease before the duct and lift out to be washed. The canopy is sized for the whole working line — you can grill, smoke and braise under it at once.

One guarantee across every unit. 24 months on fabrication and 3 years on 304 stainless, whether you fitted one unit or six. All of it made in Almaty, at our own production.

We don't publish per-unit prices here: they move with steel and the exchange rate, and a kitchen is quoted whole in any case. The current figure for your run comes from a specializt in a written proposal, free of charge. What moves it predictably: a stainless-steel build of the cabinets and fireboxes, installation outside Almaty, and express production in 60 days rather than the standard 90.
